I stayed at this hotel last night and had a wonderful experience. The service at the front desk was excellent — the reception team was welcoming, efficient, and professional. I’d especially like to highlight Kim, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and willingness to help with every request made a big difference. She truly represents what great hospitality should be. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, well-prepared, and served with great attention from the staff. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Thank you, Kim, for your outstanding service — and thanks to the entire team for a pleasant stay. I’ll definitely be back!
