I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The front desk team was friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping kept the room spotless throughout my stay, and the attention to detail was impressive. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary water and a quick check-in process. The hotel amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I truly felt at home here. A big thank you to all the staff for making my stay so pleasant—I will definitely be back!

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mr. Jonathan. He was incredibly attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. His friendliness and dedication to providing top-notch service made a significant difference in my stay, and I truly appreciated his help throughout my time at the hotel.

I stayed here for 1 week and want to share my experience.. The rooms are spacious with all facilities you would expect. The kitchen area is equipped with a hotplate, plates and cutlery so great if you want to cook yourself. The view was good in two of the rooms I stayed. The breakfast buffet is excellent, has live cooking and has all the main dishes that you could ask for. One of the best reasons this place is popular that it is very close to Deira City Center and Deira metro and makes things convenient if you want to go shopping or travel. There is a well maintained park behind the hotel if you fancy a stroll. Many thanks to the front reception staff Joyce, Aye and Gafar ( Ladies first :)) for their kind demeanor and assistance in some issues I faced while I was there. Overall I had a good experience, it was very welcoming and I actually felt sad when I left. Hopefully will be visiting again. Highly recommended and wishing you All the best!
