🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a wonderful stay at City Seasons Hotel. The service was excellent. The housekeeping staff were very cooperative, gentle, and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. The receptionist was polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. I also appreciated the complimentary water provided daily, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very affordable and in a perfect location—right beside restaurants, other hotels, and the metro station, which made getting around so easy. What I really appreciated was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Yasmin and Malaka—they really made me feel welcome. I was also pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded my room from a deluxe to a suite—such a nice gesture! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

I had a very disappointing experience at City Seasons Hotel, Bur Dubai. There were several issues during my stay. First, the front desk staff lacked courtesy and professionalism. I requested an iron and a tissue box, but despite following up multiple times, they were only delivered the next day, and this happened more than once. On a positive note, the bellboy was very polite and helpful. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of its location, which is convenient with many restaurants nearby and easy access to main roads. Unfortunately, I booked the hotel for 13 days in advance and couldn’t cancel without losing money, otherwise, I would have preferred to move elsewhere. I stayed only because I had no choice.
