Very nice hotel in a central location. Bus stops right outside and a short walk to Russel Square tube station. Good customer service. Breakfast was good and self service. Room was a decent size, it had tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. Good shower. Appreciated that the room had a fan in it. Big comfy bed. Very clean.
Absolutely love City Sleeper Hotel. The rooms are large and clean, and I love the interconnecting rooms. Breakfast was lovely. And staff incredible friendly and helpful. Really close to Russell Square tube line, and about a 10-15 min walk to Euston and King's Cross stations. A bus stop right outside which takes you up to Camden Market. The only down side, no air con, and the room was so hot. There was no fan in the room, I had to ask for one. The cleaner also decided to close the window whilst we were out, which made the room even more warm. There were thick duvets on the beds, would have been nice if they replaced them with a sheet during the summer months. I would definitely stay here again.
We spent a 4-day stay in this hotel and there were positive points but also negative points. The disadvantages: - it was super hot in the room and we did not have the possibility to open the window to ventilate while it was cooler outside, we would have to put the air conditioning or at least a fan in the room. - in the evening it is very noisy in the courtyard and we hear super loudly whether the window is closed or not. - in a family room with a young child I think it would be good to add a fridge even if it is empty + a microwave and to tell the truth given the price per night I expected to find this. - also missing completely blackout shutters or curtains because I was awake at 7 a.m. every morning by the sun. Positive points: - very attentive and smiling staff; - ideal location; - super comfortable bedding; - wide choice at breakfast.
