Great location - right in the centre! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Simple, modern rooms with quirky decoration and art from local artists, very comfortable and clean. Loved the roof top terrace for the free morning Nespresso. Can also recommend the delicious food at the Estrella Galicia restaurant which is part of the hotel.

We had a marvellous stay at the Lino City Hotel. A top room very tasteful decorated, with a A+++ bathroom. The owner Fran (Francesco) was very friendly and helpful. With in the morning a tasteful Spanish breakfast with a new variety every day. Also his Paella is recommendable for diner. Most certainly we'll return for a long weekend or so to try-out one of the other rooms and visit Nijmegen, also very recommendable to visit

We were disappointed in the Lino City Hotel. My family reserved three rooms for two nights. When we arrived, we wanted to leave our luggage before checking in, but we were told there was no place to leave our bags other than in the back of the hotel restaurant. On our first night, the water was scalding hot, too hot to shower. Then on the second night, there was only freezing water, too cold to shower. As a result, we could not bathe during our entire stay! Because the hotel does not have a front desk, there is no one to help with any issues or questions. Either the hotel restaurant is closed and you are on your own, or the restaurant is open and the wait staff is focused on waiting tables. There was no contact with the owner or even any phone line to call. Because of the absence of amenities and staff, I would not consider this a hotel but simply renting a room. Despite the rooms being nicely decorated and clean, we would not return.
