City Square Hotel Apartments

Convenient location right at the center of Copenhagen, walking distance to everything or easy to hop on the subway. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you would need. The level of service provided by the management team needs to be mentioned separately, it’s truly 24/7 support, very kind and professional, they answer all the questions and provide any help needed. As I understand this company has several similar properties, and I will be looking to stay at their hotels any time when I am in Copenhagen or Aarhus.

We stayed at one of the apartments in October when we were in Copenhagen with another couple. Could not be more happy with the entire experience. The apartment was just as described. It was clean, neat, well furnished and very comfortable. It was in a great part of town walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and attractions But what really set it apart was the service from the City Square apartment team. Every question and email was answered quickly and thoroughly. They were very easy to work with to ensure we had what we needed and accomodated us. The process to check in and out was very easy and we received multiple messages throughout our stay checking to ensure everything was good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay with them again.

Beautiful apartment centrally located, within 5 minute walking distance to Tivoli etc. with a roof terrace with views over Copenhagen, BUT situated above a nightclub that’s open until 5am on Friday and Saturday’s - so incredibly noisy. Would not recommend staying here over a weekend.
