I really enjoyed here my stay with my family. Also breakfast was very good . Specially. Mr. Sameer and imalka restaurant good service. We will visit again thank you.
It was really nice Alhumdulillah, mostly the view from the balcony really amazing. Room was good as well, service also good when requesting for something by 20min it would've been arrived. There is swimming pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was really nice aswell. We had booked from booking.com, it's good site to see affordable staycation hotel or any choice. Had really good time with my family :)
Not Worth the Price Paid We had high expectations for our stay, having booked a double deluxe room with a complimentary baby cot. Our check-in was confirmed for 3:00 PM, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to check in until 4:00 PM — and even then, our room was still not ready. Despite having paid the booking fee a week in advance, we had to wait another 30 minutes just to receive our room key. Upon entering the room, the housekeeping staff were still in the process of cleaning and seemed surprised that we had arrived. They asked us to wait another 10–15 minutes as the room was not yet ready. When we were finally able to enter, the floor was still wet from mopping, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk around, especially with a baby. To add to the inconvenience, there were several amenities missing: no towels, only one teacup, no spoon, insufficient drinking water, and most importantly, no baby cot as requested. We had to call reception multiple times to request basic necessities that should have already been arranged. Another frustrating issue was the room key card, which deactivated every time we left the room. Each time, we had to return to reception to get it reactivated. While the location and hotel premises were pleasant, the overall service was far from satisfactory. For the price of 900 AED per night (including taxes), we expected much better service and attention to detail. Sadly, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we felt the stay was not worth the amount paid.
