City Stay Prime Hotel Apartments Al Barsha

Very easy, check-in, competent and friendly reception workers, and a very clean hotel. The rooms were spacious and well appointed with all the amenities one would need. I can highly recommend this for any solo or couple travelers. I should stress one more time that the guest service agents were excellent at their jobs and very friendly. They called us a cab without hesitation, and though a very basic request, they made no fuss about it and were happy to provide assistance. I would stay here again. In an era where many people in hotels don’t offer genuine hospitality, this hotel appears to care about their guests and that is very much appreciated.

We received a huge 2 bedroom apartment and were greeted nicely upon check in. Bed was very comfortable, huge and sheets were clean. I had a very good night's sleep in this hotel. The floor could have been cleaned better and there was the odd hair/ chip bit on the floor. Cleaners didn't put up the wet floor sign on the corridor and my son fell and hurt himself. Showers only supplied hot water for one shower and then u have to wait. It was OK for the price we paid.
