Stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience. The rooms were nice and clean, but there was a slight cigarette smell coming from the AC, even though it was a non-smoking room. The restaurant food was good but overpriced. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good stay with some areas for improvement.
Worst experience. Not a family hotel. Zero cleanliness. The pillows had hair on them from previous visitors and overall the room was not clean. It is not a four star hotel at all. Very poor management. Their breakfast buffet is not worth the price at all. It is not even a buffet!
It was a bad stay. The hotel reception staff spoke in an inappropriate manner and were not on strike to speak with guests. As for the room, it was unclean and had a very bad smell. The air conditioning was weak and there was no assistance. The disco was next to the breakfast restaurant and continued after the restaurant opened for breakfast. It was very loud. This means that if you have children with you, it would be difficult for them to go down to breakfast early and pass by.
