Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, great location. Special shout out to the staff, particularly Semih and Abdullah, who made sure our stay was hassle free. Kind gentlemen with excellent customer service. Location is literally in front of fendikzade tram station with a lot of bus options as well. Travelling on public transport was a breeze. Good food options in the area. Housekeeping was excellent. Cleaned the rooms daily, and it was thorough.
Our room was perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect location, we could move easily to other parts of the city. Marco is a great person! He helped us with check in and food recommendation! :)
We had a lovely stay at the Ramada Hotel. All the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Seher, our housekeeper — she was exceptional: always warm and friendly, greeting us each day with a smile and a cheerful “Merhaba.” Her kindness truly made our stay extra special.
