Cityden Stadshart

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment in this apart hotel and really enjoyed our time here. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Air conditioners worked perfectly, and the rooms stayed cool even on hot days. There was no detergent for the washing machine at first, but when we asked, they kindly provided it. Overall, a great stay, highly recommended!

Very suitable for families, rooms are equipped with all amenities. Staff at the reception were super helpful. The property is reachable with Tram 5 from city center very easily. However the route was under maintenance and we had to rely on Bus 300 which is not covered by GVB pass. Use credit cards to save money when using this bus.

The staff here are very welcoming and very helpful. The laundry room came in handy. I was able to get my laundry done before flying home. The breakfast at the hotel did not disappoint. It was delicious. The staff at the restaurant were helpful as well. The carpet in the hallways is outdated. The rooms definitely need some updates. The ottoman in my room had cigarette burns. One of the lamps wouldn't turn on. The shower was great. The pillows on the bed are very small. It was convenient and had features that made my last night comfortable before I flew home like a fridge and a place to sleep.
