Horrible hotel, dirty room and bathroom. The shower head was absolutely disgusting, the creases in the shower as well. We got three glasses for our toothbrushes, all of them were dirty. The paint in the roof above the shower was ripping off. And the door was for some reason not evenly painted. The nightstand and wall behind the bed had white spots all over. Looked like they had sprayed some type of cleaning spray and not wiped it off. The breakfast we got was okay, however the milk was not cold at all. The glasses there was dirty as well. My friend got her towel that she brought with her from home stolen. And after showering our hair became greasy. I would definitely never recommend this hotel to anyone, stay away from this place!!
One of the worst admin staff or receptionist administering the hotel. Such a intolerable behaviour is truly unacceptable and asking to log out despite the time was not upto it.
Hotel locaten in a good place, BUT, service was the lowest of all hotels I ever been. The elevators were not functioning at all, other guest said its been like months, but the receptionist insist its only for 1 day. The receptionist seems a lil bit biases toward my race, didn't want to give any solution, instead they give me hotel at 12nd floors, and suggest my grandmother to bring her own suitcase upstairs. No refund, no manager show up, no solutions for the elevator. Very disgusting service.
