Very professional service. The place is comfortable and neat. Great breakfast experience at the rooftop restaurant... also suitable for an evening cocktail. To be recommended.
I’ve been staying at this hotel for 2 years now and cannot fault it at all. The staff at the front desk have always been welcoming and very helpful. Securing a room has never been an issue and the staff always work with a very high level of professionalism. I cannot recommend City Hotel highly enough and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Kyiv. I always look forward to getting back to Kyiv to catch up with them and it’s a pleasure to stay there.
This place was great! I was only there for two nights, but the room exceeded my expectations and the staff was very friendly and courteous.I hope to be back soon.
