Duygu Cigdem was very helpful and supportive. I was advised a price by staff the night before that turned out to be incorrect. I changed my flights and when I came down in the morning the price was nearly double. Duygu honoured the price and assisted very professionally. Thank you

In my whole life I never saw a bad Service like this cityloft 81. We booked a room there was the Option pay in hotel, after a few hours there came a Message pay right now or we cancel your reservation!!! What ist that???? Imagine you arrive after your flight at the hotel and tell them what Happen they give you a room but much higher price, this is not Service this is not the right way to treat customer, I am really disapointed sleep on the street instead of this hotel
