We went for our anniversary, the receptionist upgraded the room to city view. Wow what a a view we had, apartments very clean and quite. Staff very friendly and polite, parkings at Q-Park was easy to use. The location is ideal, everything was around the corner, the bonus staying at this location was the parking, which you pay for when booking, totally worth it. Overall 10/10.

Fantastic location — just a short walk to the city centre, shops, and main attractions. The apartment was modern, clean, and felt like a home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, and lovely city views. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and 24-hour gym are a huge plus. Everything was spotless, and breakfast is available on request. A few small downsides: no cleaning unless you stay more than 7 nights, parking is £18 per night and not included, and the kitchen was missing basics like sponges, pans, and a drying rack for laundry.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always loved it. Unfortunately, this time we were really disappointed. Our room was only had one chair, which made dining quite inconvenient. We had to take turns sitting on the sofa to eat, and without a coffee table, we ended up balancing our plates on our knees. We even resorted to using the ironing board as a makeshift table for our drinks, which completely ruined any sense of luxury. When we mentioned these issues at checkout, the staff suggested we should have requested additional furniture. It never occurred to us that we would need to ask for basic items like a chair and table; we assumed that if they were available, they would have been provided. Additionally, the utensils in the cutlery drawer were dirty upon our arrival, there was no hand soap in the bathroom—only shower gel, and we were not provided with bathrobes for the pool. The room had black scuff marks on the walls, peeling paint in the bathroom, and chipped kitchen cupboards. The air conditioning was very weak on the highest setting, making the room uncomfortably warm. Considering we paid nearly £600 for two nights (Sunday and Monday), the quality of the hotel did not match the price. We were really disappointed.
