Ciutat Jardi

Our stay at Hotel Ciutat Jardi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warm and attentive staff made us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly cozy—truly a peaceful retreat after a long day of travel. We especially loved the thoughtful details like plush towels, premium toiletries, and the serene ambiance. The common areas are equally inviting: elegant furnishings, soothing lighting, and comfortable spaces to relax or socialize. Breakfast was a delightful affair, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality options and a relaxed, gourmet feel. Everything about this hotel – from its impeccable cleanliness and cozy design to its exceptional service – reflects a level of thoughtfulness and care that defines a truly five-star experience. We can’t wait to return!

Really nice place, very cozy and not busy even though it was June. I enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach which is right in front of the door. Service was really good, staff spoke German and English fluently and really showed appreciation for their customers. Id come again! Also because it's only 10 minutes from the airport.

Pros: . Amazing location, on the beach's doorstep and you have a Lidl and loads of bars and restaurants nearby . Friendly staff and polite service . Lovely garden and pool area to relax in, and for outdoor dining . Good for adults and kids . 10 minute taxi ride from Palma airport . The air con in the room was great Cons: . The safe advertised as included with the room required a daily fee for use . Limited range of foods at the breakfast buffet, you might be better off just going out to a cafe . An iron, ironing board, and kettle were advertised in the room but had to be asked for (the kettle needed a good descale!) . Some signs of wear and tear in the room: the bathroom tap was really loose, and a wooden handle fell off the door . The restaurant is quite pricey, but there are lot of other good options around
