Fancy, stylish hotel, with a rooftop bar with an amazing view. The personnel is nice and friendly! The cleaning service is super nice. They have everything you need and even more, the only thing is the room sizes. They are really small, so they could be perfect for a couple travelling light or for a one person. And better to book in advance to find a bit bigger room option and lower prices. The location is superb, close to Central Park and other iconic places. I would definitely recommend the place.
Great hotel with great staff! Rooms are just enough, especially if you are exploring the city most of the day. The rooftop bar is lovely with a good vibe and views. Walkable to all of Broadway/Times Sq and Hells Kitchen. The subway is also a short walk away.
Everything about this hotel is amazing. The staff from the front desk to the rooftop bar were the most wonderful human beings! Front desk staff was so incredibly helpful and kind.. they made our especially hectic / long travel day getting into NYC, peaceful for the mind. Thank you Civilian Hotel and staff!! We are so grateful for your kindness and welcoming hearts!
