Breve soggiorno in questa struttuta veramente molto carina,tutta ristrutturata,mini appartamento con letto e cuscini perfetti,bagno con doccia super e mini angolo cottura funzionale. Silenzioso,centrale e titolare molto gentile. Colazione ottima in un bar pasticceria adiacente. Tornero' di sicuro quando saro' in zona. Consigliatissimo

Small modern apartment in the center of Civitanova Marche, about ten minutes from the free beach and near the seafront. Very quiet and good attention to detail. Excellent daily cleaning service thanks to the friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. There is a small kitchenette for preparing food. For crockery it is necessary to request it from the property. There is also a small fridge, but being a mini bar it is not suitable for storing any food purchased at the market. A small table for eating food, air conditioning and smart TV is also available. It wasn't easy to find parking in the area, especially during the summer. Pay attention to the market day (during our stay it was on a Saturday) to avoid fines or car removal. We recommend the stay 🙂!
