😍 Beautiful people, beautiful hotel in the best place of Rethymno. Great service both in hotel and in restaurant. Great culinary choices in the restaurant. New equipped suite. Great atmosphere all over, good taste, the best. 10 Stars 🌟
Really good location and excellent staff! Staff were always eager to help us with everything we needed. Staff did a lot of small actions that made us feel really welcomed. For example they brought a cup for our toothbrushes so we don’t need to place them right at the counter (we didn’t ask for this, so to me this was really thoughtful act). Also we arrived really late, so we decided to use the hotel shuttle service and it was fantastic( extra cost), late check-in was easy and personalised for us! Highly recommended for this price!
Really good experience! Clean spacious room on two levels with balcony overlooking the sea and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top! The staff is friendly and the hotel is in a good location in town centre. Highly recommended!
