Excellent service. First night was not that great but the manager changed my room to a much better room and made everything great. The receptionist is so helpful and highly intellectual. The chef at the restaurant is amazing, better than a 3 star michelin chef. You have to try the Millet Filet plate, it's delicious and a work of art! Highly recommended hotel
Overall good for a few nights. Staff are friendly and spoke great English. The room was pretty basic and the shower didn't really drain very well. It was nice to have a few drinks in the mini bar which was included and restocked daily. Breakfast was nice. A good range of options in a self service buffet. Opposite there are 2 shopping malls with restaurants and shops, open late, a good option if you're on business or looking for somewhere inside. Taxis were easy to get as most cars looped around outside to return into Athens. approx 10 euro to the Acropolis. Bag storage was also free for my last day which was nice. The Olympic Park is a 10 minute walk. Overall my expectations were met The gym isn't really a gym. Needs a complete change in there and was the only thing which was overly disappointing I would use again if on a short business trip.
While the room is very specious and front desk was friendly, the quality of the room service is not. Upon arrival the room was very warm, and there was no option to turn the AC on. We called the front desk to assists us with the issue and we were told to open the window to let the breeze come in. The problem with this is, is that the hotel is next to a very busy highway and the noise from the traffic was unbearable. After traveling for 18 hours to to arrive in Greece, we were left sleep deprived and still tired due to not been able to sleep due the high noise. In our all travels, not even at the cheapest motel we had this type of problem. The fact that a hotel does not have an individual running AC for the room, a coffee machine or any other basic amenities which we paid 123 euros for, is completely unacceptable and scamming.
