**"Booked a room with breakfast on Agoda, expecting a self-service buffet as shown in the pictures of the dining area. However, upon check-in, the staff informed us that breakfast would be delivered to our room as a set meal or bread. On the actual day, no staff delivered the breakfast. When checking out around 10 AM, we asked about it and were told that due to high guest volume, no staff was available for delivery, and we could eat in the dining area instead. By that time, breakfast service was almost over, and we had other plans, so we couldn’t eat. If the service changes from room delivery to dining area service, guests should be informed in advance instead of being left waiting. Also, the hotel should clearly specify that ‘breakfast is a set meal’ to manage expectations properly. Hopefully, this will be improved in the future."**

Called in advance and they confirmed a reservarion. Upon arrival they said no rooms and had clearly sold it to some one else. Not cool. Can’t get away with these moves in the days of google reviews Mr Hotel Manager. The first night I just stayed at the party and checked in the next day. Your beds are absolutely awful as well. A horrid 2 night stay. Avoid

Terrible hotel. Made a booking went to check in waiting 3 hours in the lobby...staff kept telling I never made a booking even do I had the confirmation booking and paid in advance. My booking agency tried to contact the hotel and they wouldn't answer the phone to them. 20 to 30 people also had the same problem. I would not recommend this hotel worst I have ever seen bad staff very unclean hotel and they tried to charge me for cancellation fee.
