Great value for money. Keyless entry was easy, as was the communication with our host. The room was clean with everything we could want, and the split system kept us warm on a chilly winter night. What's great about this place is that there is a lovely pub down below and a cool bar above - what more could you need! The location is great with loads of cafes, a supermarket, and the South Melbourne market close by. We'll definitely be back.
Denis is an absolute legend. His customer service is more suited to a 5 star hotel. What a delight! Simply exemplary and so easy to talk to. Absolute worst experience ever with the room. The hotel is described as a tranquil boutique hotel but it sits right above a pub with loud music blasting all night. Impossible to sleep.
