The most important and most impressive element to any Hotel experience is the quality of the Staff. And specifically how they handle & manage the guests experience and expectations. In this area, we discovered the utmost efficiency and the highest standard of customer service from all members of staff that we dealt with. However, there were two staff members that went above and beyond to make our stay absolute BLISS……. On arrival Sarah from Guest Relations was incredibly warm and welcoming and immediately set the very high standard for our three night stay. She continued to keep us informed and assisted with the details that supported us in our pre-wedding arrangements. We found her approach to be both professional but also really warm & inviting. Secondly, our Butler service started brilliantly with the introduction of Stephen. However, he was just part of a great team of gentlemen that made us feel really valued., This included Michael, Chris & Malcolm, these guys are true professionals. However, Stephen went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble or difficult to resolve. It really was a “can-do” attitude to deliver us the most wonderful experience possible. You cannot go wrong by booking the best 5* hotel in London - the sensational Claridges!

I went to afternoon tea with my 16-year old son and we both felt that it was the highlight of our London trip. The setting, service and flavours were all exquisite. My dad had worked here in the kitchen back in 1959-1960 and it was really nice to finally see the place that I’ve heard so many great anecdotes about. The staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended experience.

I’ve hosted two private events at Claridge’s, one in February and another in March, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond — incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The level of service is truly unmatched. The food was exceptional on both occasions — beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Every detail was handled with care, making both events seamless and unforgettable. Claridge’s continues to set the gold standard for elegance and hospitality. I’m so grateful for the incredible experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return for future events.
