I was in the room on the top floor of hotel with very good views from the window. I was impressed by the receptionists by their warm hospitality. And the breakfast is various and delicious. I really enjoyed the time in BD. Even it’s my second time in BD.
Very nice hotel, clean rooms, good and plenty of food, close to the hearth of city. I would give it 5 stars for the view, if it weren't for the fact that there was a club with ugly drawings on the windows outside the window. And I also had a broken shower head - it sprayed with great pressure on 3 sides -.
Only 1 lift was working when we checked out. This created a congested situation, when guests have to wait long for the lift. When I complained to the reception staff about the poor working condition of the lift , the staff shook his shoulder and retorted "what can I do about the lift " . This rude and unhelpful behaviour of the staff is utterly disgusting, instead of trying to solve the lift problem
