Impressive looking hotel from the outside and inside. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. Old city center is within walking distance as well as a shopping center. Good food selection for breakfast. Air conditioned rooms with a refrigerator and a coffee maker. I only give the rooms 4 stars because the walls in our room had dirt smears from what I presume previous guests hitting the wall with their bags, and the coffee machine was quite dusty looking, like it wasn't clean in a while. tldr: great location fairly priced and quite rooms, good breakfast selection, quick and friendly service. A definite recommended booking.

One of the best hotels i ever been in. I came with my boyfriend and we took another day because everything was so perfect. High cleaning standards -which allot of times when you go to victorian style hotels - it feels like the air is full of dust because of the old beds, curtains and sofas. So here it felt clean and the breakfast was great, the service was generous and the hotel itself have so many ways to help confuse tourists :). Also the location was central. We was there in off-season and it was quite and pleasant.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. - The rooms are really dirty and do not get cleaned well at all. - Water that came out of the faucet was yellow, so no bath for me. - The staff is very unfriendly. - Accommodation is not free, it's quite well hidden on their website that you have to pay for it. If you say that you're a 4 star hotel, I would at least expect a clean room, a faucet that has normal water, staff that is helpful and a gym that you don't have to pay money for. The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is that their breakfast is good. I would strongly advise you to book elsewhere.
