Rooms are good and the location is great. They babe a gym and sauna. Cleaning could be better. We stayed there 4 nights. They should sweep the floors. One day they only made our beds but did not clean the bathroom and did not change the towels (we had put them on the floor to signal we wanted new ones). Breakfast is a little bit chaotic, very full.
Sadly the hotel itself is older and you can DEFINITELY tell. The carpet, the doors, the bed etc. everything needs some TLC and a proper makeover. The rooms themselves are fine but also not the biggest. The prices are ok but not great.
We picked this hotel due to a great and convenient location to Arlanda express. Also they offered a family room as we were traveling with 2 kids and an infant. The service was absolutely horrible. First we arrived relatively late between 19-20 and upon check in the agent asked me if we had 2 adults and 2 kids. I said yes, and then we also paid for an infant bed. When we arrived to the room the pullout bed for the 2 older kids was not set up. Very frustrating considering our late arrival and long travel day from the states. On the second day we left the towels 5 sets on the floor to have them exchanged by housekeeping. Upon arriving back to the hotel that evening we only had 2 sets of towels. There is no telephone in the room - which is also a big minus considering I had to send my husband to go and ask for additional towels. That was around 19:15. We didn’t receive our additional towels until after 21:30!!! As mentioned we are traveling with kids so everyone was sleeping already. However, I was woken up by the continuous knocking on the door from the housekeeping with the towels. After have worked in the hospitality industry, I think 2 hours is completely ridiculous! Also there aren’t any blackout curtains, so be ware if traveling during the bright summer months. Overall the family room was also very tiny and the service was awful. I would not stay here again with the family. This might work for couples or single travelers only!
