My recent stay at this hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms; however, I encountered some service issues. The intercom in my room wasn't functioning properly, and despite multiple attempts to obtain the internet password by calling reception, promised call-backs within five minutes were never received. On a positive note, the breakfast provided was satisfying. Yet, there's room for improvement in the hotel's service efficiency and responsiveness. Addressing these issues would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience.

The Hotel is in City center. Ambience is good. The room is spacious n hygiene is well maintained. The staff is polite n courteous enough to help. Overall we enjoyed the stay. I recommend the people to Stay. Ask the staff for help, they r really helpful. The flooring of the room has to be renovated. Bathroom doormats was not there when we checked in. It was given when we asked for it. We were 3 members in room, n towels given were only 2. Swimming pool has to be maintained little more better. (My kid's words) The door battery was discharged n door was locked. The security staff immediately rushed to our floor to help us after noticing us struggling to open the door. 5 star for the security n room service boy.
