Great room and location, extremely nice staff and great service in general. Special thanks to Leonardo from reception always with a smile in his face and eager to help and all of the breakfast team Mariana and Josiel always extremely nice. Will definitely return more times.
Location is ok, close to everything. The hotel service is ok too but could be much more better. Only 1 guy in reception talks English, no one else knows the language. The breakfast is 6/10, The hotel in general is not even close to 5* or even 4* The rooms are small, the bedsheets clean no comment for that. But the bathroom is awful! The toilet has problem, the bathroom and tap water only had hot water, no cold water. The bathroom doesn't have toothbrushes, toothpaste, brush. Our room's conditioner wasn't working properly. The TV is smart but works awfully slow. And the MOST IMPORTANT thing for future visitors even though i do not suggest you to stay at this hotel - the windows of the rooms aren't soundproof, the street on which the hotel is located is active during evenings and night. The hairdryer doesn't work properly, turns off after 10 seconds of using it, and you have to wait more than 8-10 minutes for it to work again. Last but not least I would say that the price is not worth of staying in a room which isn't even close to it's standards. We stayed in Twin deluxe, I can imagine what's in standard twin. Best regards.
