All about this hotel is really charming, the attention was really nice they are always up to help you, and also the food is good, I think that this hotel represents Price /quality… my personal congratulations to a guy on reception the best attention ever also professional, unfortunately I don’t know his name but I’m really happy with his service and hospitality… a real human representation of costumer service

Great service and breakfast, but noisy nights ruined our stay The hotel has a very central location, and the absolute highlight was the staff – incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Unfortunately, one major downside significantly impacted our experience: the location of our room. It faced the main square in Östersund, which is surrounded by several bars. Although these venues were supposed to close around 22:00 or midnight, this was not enforced. On the weekends, one of the bars even operated as a nightclub. Because the room was very hot, we had to keep the window open during the night – but the noise from the square made it nearly impossible to sleep. Sadly, this meant very little rest during our main vacation, and as a result, we would not choose this hotel again for our next visit to Östersund.

The place is very nice.. there’s a lot of small stores and restaurants just around the hotel.. you don’t need to drive just to find a place to eat because it’s just close to hotel.. The staff’s are very welcoming and friendly and helped us about the problem we had in our room. The breakfast was good.. But as you can see in the pictures I uploaded that we had an extra sofa bed and it’s not properly cleaned.. actually that should be cleaned done with the bed sheets and everything before we enter the room.. but it’s not there’s a hairs on it. Not vacuumed.. and I ask the lady in the reception to please help us with our problem before we decided to go out and find some restaurant to eat. Her name is EMMA a nice receptionist and very friendly and calmly professional to handle the problem.. When we get back to the hotel after our dinner out. The room is not yet done.. so I call already in the reception desk to ask them to do something for it and I’m asked if I want to change room, but i didn’t change room because there’s a lot of things to be transferred into a new one. So I just ask if they can clean it so we don’t need to transfer for a new room. During that time my husband and our child having a swimming time. So the lady namely EMMA came and bring some extra towels and bedsheets for the sofa bed.. EMMA vacuumed the sofa bed and I also help her to hold the big pillows so she can vacuum it properly. And after that I did the job to put the bedsheets in the sofa bed. A big THANK YOU TO EMMA who handle the problem professionally.. and calmly.. you should be lucky of having this kind of staff in your hotel. She really did a good service for us. It’s just disappointing that we paid the room in a right price then when we got there it wasn’t even cleaned properly.. it should be nice and comfortable for us to stay and relax there. But we got a very good service from EMMA so that’s it.
