The staff are so friendly in this hotel and remember return guests. There is a nice patisserie in the lobby. Great place to stay in Kahramanmaras.
I went for the SPA only. It's little but well organized with the possibility of massages too. It principally has Turkish Bath, sauna, swimming pool, salt room, fitness etc..
This is a 3 star hotel in my opinion. It’s a good hotel but not great. Room floors are dirty and they have stains on them! Customer service is great! Some reason they kept putting one toilet paper instead of 2-3 and i had to call them so many times for an extra one. Complimentary breakfast is good but should be better if they claim themselves as a 5 star hotel. I would recommend checking out other places for a little bit more $.
