AMAZING HOTEL. First off, the receptionist was very friendly, funny and helpful. The rooms were incredible! Black out blinds, lovely bathroom with shower and Rituals products. The beds were comfy and there were lots of facilities to use. Great location with amazing views from every room! The breakfast was the best - food quality was incredible and the selection was impeccable. What really struck me was how friendly and accommodating the staff were! They all spoke English, even though most of them spoke like 7 languages. Overall an amazing hotel, I had a great stay, and would 100% recommend
Absolutely amazing Hotel. Honestly, words cannot describe the experience. Breakfast? Excellent choice and high quality food. Very friendly staff and facilities are fantastic. Free gym just a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Beds are heavenly. You just sink into a domain of comfort and curtains are completely light blocking for summer. They all speak very good English and are very happy to help you out at reception. Additionally, there is a taxi booking service just next to reception
Stayed in a Superior Room and it was a good size and comfortable. Blackout curtains worked well too which is key during the summer. Good variety at breakfast with lots of healthy options. Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Central and convenient location across the street from the port and Hertz rental car location. My only complaint was the really long and narrow sinks in the bathroom which were a bit awkward. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.
