Love this hotel! This our second year in a row staying here. Cozy places to relax by the lobby, and a great (albeit small) pool with sauna and steam room. My kids love it. Cannot say enough good things about the complimentary breakfast. Expansive options plus gluten free and veg options. Great location with various eateries and shipping around.

Very very convenient location. Easy to go anywhere in Oslo. Breakfast was really good with many options. Free indoor pool and sauna are a plus. Rooms are okay but we didn't get the best ones with good views. Two small windows at the back of the bed not so nice. The hotel was really busy but still the service can be more attentive.

*Edited: To respond to your reply, the reservation are made under the following bookings: 63734453, 63735034 & 63735181. Disappointing First Impression – Not Up to Standard. Only for location! Just checked in 5 minutes ago and already feel compelled to leave a review but sadly only for the wrong reasons. I had high hopes after carefully selecting this hotel, but the experience so far has been very underwhelming. - Chaotic check-in/out process: There’s no proper queue system, and people keep cutting in line while the reception staff appear indifferent. This is far from the level of service one would expect — especially in Norway. - Luggage room security is non-existent: Anyone can walk in and take any bag. There were no staff checking, no control. - We booked a Deluxe room (1211) and the bed is only 160cm wide. It is uncomfortably small for two people, even by Asian standards. This is quite unusual for a 4–5 star hotel. Thanks God, it’s only a one-night stay. Can’t wait for the check out!
