Great hotel! Stayed here during a roadtrip driving north. Checked in during the evening and left early the next morning. Rooms were very spacious and clean. We are traveling with three adults but they were very accommodating. The double bed and twin room had lots of space and the bathroom was very clean and large. The twin bed is a fold out chair. Comfortable. Front desk was extremely kind. Spoke in Norwegian and English very clearly. Gave us directions and lots of information.
No working kettle in the room, the family room was the nearly the same size as a double room but with spare beds. The building is beautiful though, and the breakfast was perfect. Good playing equipment for the kids (table tennis, air hockey, table football).
Good location away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within walking distance of the city center. Parking in the garage is very convenient, but expensive. Nice to see that they also offer single rooms. The shower was detached from the wall and the shampoo had run out. Breakfast was extensive, but included a lot of unnecessary experimental items. Bonus points to the barista!
