Clarion Hotel Vienna South

I had a pleasant stay at Clarion Hotel Wien. The room was comfortable and met my expectations. There was a small misunderstanding during my stay as my room was not cleaned on one occasion. I also requested an extra bottle of sparkling water. Mr. working on reception kindly handled the situation by providing it as a complimentary gesture from the hotel to make up for the housekeeping oversight. I would like to commend Mr. Ali for his quick response and initiative in resolving the matter, which left me with a positive impression of the hotel’s hospitality.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located about a 20-minute tram ride from the city center, with the nearest tram stop just a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. The hotel offers paid underground parking at 25 euros per day. The staff were polite and attentive, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed an amazing view from our 18th-floor room — truly breathtaking! Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. It’s served from 6:30 to 10:30 AM in the restaurant on the 22nd floor, so you can enjoy your meal with spectacular panoramic views of the city. The breakfast costs 25 euros per person, which we found reasonable for the quality and setting. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient location.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were a bit small, but nice and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower had great water pressure. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The downside is the location, since it takes about 35-40 minutes to get in the center (very reliant on the public transport, although the tram stop is decently close to the hotel).
