had the pleasure of staying at Clarion Hotel recently, and I must say—what truly stood out was the impeccable food and the outstanding management service. The culinary experience was nothing short of amazing. Whether it was the buffet or à la carte options, the quality and variety were impressive. The chefs clearly put care and creativity into every dish, and the ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality. Special mention to the staff in the dining area—they were attentive, courteous, and always ready with great recommendations. Equally impressive was the hotel’s management team. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. Any request or concern I had was handled promptly and with genuine care. It’s rare to see such a hands-on, responsive management team that truly makes you feel valued as a guest especially thanks to jaskirat kaue madam for her management
Fantastic staff, very helpful and trying to go beyond their scope of work to please guests... Food was good / tasty too... Rooms were good for the price paid but they need to improve on curtains.. they don't cover entire window thereby not allowing pitch dark room for a good sleep... Hot water in shower wasn't also available:-( and there were no hand towels placed in the washrooms...
From the moment I checked into the hotel, I had high hopes — the pictures looked great, and I was looking forward to a comfortable, relaxing stay. But unfortunately, the reality was far from what was promised. The first red flag appeared when I walked into my room — a strong, unpleasant smell hit me instantly. I tried to brush it off, thinking maybe housekeeping would fix it later. Spoiler: they didn’t. Hungry and tired, I headed to the restaurant hoping a good meal would turn things around. Instead, I was met with one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. Not only was the food bland and barely edible, but to my shock, I found a hair in it. I actually lost my appetite then and there. And if that wasn’t enough, the buffet — which they proudly advertise — had barely any options. It felt like they were just going through the motions. Still trying to stay optimistic, I went out for the day, assuming housekeeping would at least clean up the room while I was gone. But when I returned, nothing had been done — the same mess, the same smell, and absolutely no attention from the staff. By the end of my stay, I felt more exhausted than when I arrived. This wasn’t just a bad experience — it was a series of basic failures that no hotel should overlook. I truly hope they take feedback seriously, because no guest should have to go through what I did.
