I enjoyed the luxurious room, with everything you want, and good space for shower room. 3 stars for service because no one helped me with my bags to go up, neither guided me to my room, although it wasn't much crowded. Good breakfast and close to the airport, parks, and a few shopping centers around you can walk to.
Clean and tidy. The reception staff were okay, one was very helpful but two others wanted to use their phones more than help out. Rooms are very spacious but average. Beds are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was pretty good, albeit a little on the cold side.
Our rooms were very nice and the amenities in the room were also very pleasant, we had an okay view but that varies for every room. The breakfast was delightful and delicious. But the staff members were either pleasant and just okay, or very rude and vindictive. One member of our group wanted to make dome coffee in her room but didn’t want black coffee so she asked if there was any other options at the front desk and was told there was not any in the hotel and that they only had black coffee. Later she discussed this with another member of our group and he had other types of coffee. They were also very snippy and dismissive to our whole group. Out of our group a few older teenagers were attempting to use the pool at around 8pm and were denied access because it was too close to closing (9pm). They felt that it was a little silly that an hour away from closing is a too close. We felt that they may have been turned down because of their age or because they were foreigners. Some of the staff was kind but a lot were not the most understanding, accommodating, or pleasant. I do understand cultural differences can lead to misunderstanding but as this hotel is next to an airport and is in Paris they do deal with a lot of different people from different cultures and should be a little better at communicating with foreigners. I would come again because the room and the food was great, but the service was inconsistent and disappointing.
