If you’re needing a central location in the city either for an extended period of time, or with the space and amenities to make it feel home from home, you should certainly consider here. Just steps away from the river it’s in a prime spot, surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Checking in was a breeze with a friendly welcome, and the two cookies were a great touch. Unfortunately only one elevator was in service during my stay, so there was frequently a wait to get to and from my room on the fifteenth floor. Rather than being a hotel, it’s more like a serviced apartment - living area and kitchen complete with cooker and hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer and the cutlery and plates etc that you could need were present. There was also a bar area with stools for dining which was a good touch. Everywhere was clean and although the room itself felt a little dated, the same couldn’t be said for the installed appliances. The bedroom was slightly less spacious but very comfortable. The wardrobe was sizeable, electric sockets were at both sides of the bed and the air-conditioning worked well without being noisy. The bathroom was the most cramped part of the whole room and also felt the most dated. But saying this everything was still clean and all the amenities you could want were there. I never got round to eating in the ground floor restaurant, but there is a small bar which has super friendly staff during the day. There isn’t really any lounging seats but for a quick drink before travelling elsewhere it’s a decent spot. Given the price I find it difficult to complain about much and I would certainly stay again, even if only for the spacious room it offers; well worth checking it out!

The staff were friendly and very efficient, and the location was brilliant with incredible views of the river. It was just a short stroll to the shops, restaurants, and the casino. The nighttime views of the city were stunning, and seeing the hot air balloons rise in the morning was an absolute treat. We had a fantastic stay—thank you!

The room itself was great and good location. However I cut a stay short prior and gave back a room to sell on AFL grand final weekend and wasn't able to get a refund. The hotel told me they would look after me next time instead. I have just enquired about booking for 2 nights, on a day when the rate was approx $800 total. They didn't reply until the next day, and then made out they were looking after me by asking $1200 for the same room/time. ( the room rate had gone up overnight due to an event scheduled) Disappointing customer service.
