Clarks Exotica Resort Ramgarh Mukteshwar

I Ashok Gupta Chairman of Bareilly petroleum dealer association, we 20 peoples stayed in clarks exotica ramgarh for two days, It was awesome experience. Very nice views, foods quality was very good, service staff very cooperative. All rooms well maintained and clean. This is our 3rd trip here and will come again soon.

We stayed at the hotel recently. It was a very nice stay for a group of friends. The hotel is a small boutique property. It is well kept and very service oriented. Rooms are very nice with a Himalayan view. Every room has a decent sit out area to watch sunrise and sunset. The toilets are very good size with all amenities. Everything turned out to be very nice with a very good breakfast and food quality. Shubham, the Manager is a decent guy and he made our stay very nice and comfortable. The kitchen staff and room service staff are also very nice persons.

We booked three deluxe rooms through Cleartrip which were supposed to be with Mountain View. But to our disappointment, The condition of the room was pathetic. We were provided just one mountain room and two rooms in the back side that too in the lower ground floor. Due to which, the rooms were stinking. We were in complete shock, when we check in our rooms. There were hair strands all over the floor, urine drops on pots, wash basin were dirty, switches had finger print marks. Highly dissatisfied. Never recommend this property to anyone. Didn’t understand they are in 4 star category.
