Very good experience reason for the 3 stars was due to issue they had going on with there plumbing, for 3 days the room especially near bathroom smelled very bad. I was told that I should of asked for different room an I was shocked because I really did not expect them to even care but when they came up n seen the issue I gotta say they changed my room rite away. However the new room was not as bad as the first one but the smell was definitely still there.
The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to say at for a month. It has a fantastic location and beautiful atmosphere inside and out side.I was in town for a stressful event and coming back to this place was very peaceful. Front desk staff were super friendly and eager to help in anyway. All the staff went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable, it felt like home. My room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a cute cafe at the front with a great service at anytime.
I've stayed in this hotel with my family for 7 days. We had comfortable time in class hotel. Special thanks of Mr. Mert and his hospitality.
