Class Hotel Apartments

The service is very good. The Filipino receptionist is very accommodating and very nice to us. The security guard is very polite. The room is great, but there's leaking on the kitchen's floor but other than that everything is great. Location is also good because it is near metro.

I stayed for 15 days in a deluxe room. The service was excellent, the people at the desk very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping always super nice and the cleaning was perfect. The breakfast was very good, even though the same options were available every day.

My recent stay at Class Hotel Apartments in Dubai was, unfortunately, far from satisfactory. While the location of the hotel is convenient, and the Indian receptionist greeted us with a welcoming smile, these were the only positives in an otherwise disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was a major issue. Both the room and the bathtub were in a dire state, with the bathroom floor also not meeting basic hygiene standards. The towels provided were unclean, further detracting from the overall comfort and experience. Another concerning aspect was the water quality; yellow water from the shower is not something one expects in any accommodation, let alone in a city like Dubai known for its hospitality standards. Access to the hotel premises was another point of inconvenience. Having to honk for the receptionist to open the gate, often needing multiple attempts or having to physically go inside to request access, was an unwelcome hassle. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend Class Hotel Apartments. The issues with cleanliness, water quality, and access significantly impacted the quality of my stay.
