Classic Kameo Hotel&Serviced Apartments Rayong

Not new to this chain. Like the style of the room equipped with kitchen, large fridge and amenities. Great for both short and long term stay especially for people who love cooking. Comfy bed, sofa with desk in case you want to work. Sofa can be used as a bed in case of additional person. Toilet and shower with toiletries. However the AC couldn't get it right to be adjust although 24 degree with hi-power was set. The room was cool only the hallway where the ac was installed except for the bed. Variety of breakfast such as Indian, Japanese, Thai and Western. Large dining area and tables.

This is my company corporate hotel. Decent place to stay except the breakfast. Extremely poor. I have given my comments during my visit in May 25. I have stayed here again from 21-25 July 25. Unfortunately no improvement at all. Very disappointed.

I would have to say that we had three issues with room but they were taken care of immediately after they were reported. The one big disappointment was the food , I've read many of the reviews that said how good the food is. After reading those reviews I had high expectations , big let down. We stayed 3 nights and ate many things including the sorbet and gelato at restaurant entrance. Sadly , none of it was memorable in a good way. I don't like saying those things , but it's true. I do have to say that the staff was great and had good attitudes.
