By far one of the best 4 star hotel in Ainkawa. Super clean rooms , very friendly staff, they speak well English. The restaurant & bar is great too. The food is fresh with excellent service. The pool, sauna & steam room is one of the best in town. Highly recommended
Very reasonable prices, the services was awesome, I do recommend this hotel
The receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming, it felt like an interrogation everytime i had to ask for something. An emergency happened and we had to stay an extra night whoever i was in the hospital and couldnt pay straight away so she thought the best action was to call the room and ask my little brother for money even mentioning he went out to get water and snacks for our 6 year old brother.
