Classy Victorian Brownstone Subway Shopping

A chic new property in Georgetown with close proximity to all of the restaurants and shops in the area! My room was spacious with a large outdoor terrace. It was decorated beautifully and had comfortable bedding and towels. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I used the fitness room twice and was impressed with the equipment and overall cleanliness. There was also a very nice outdoor area on the ground floor for all guests to use for relaxing in the fresh air or dining. A nice touch to a hotel in a city setting. I will definitely be back.

I really should gatekeep lol but won't! This was our first time going to DC and we wanted to stay in Georgetown. After looking at reviews forever - decided upon the new hotel. WE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE! We loved everything about this place. The location can't be beat. It was clean and honestly the two front office managers (two ladies forgive me for not having their names) IMPECCABLE customer service! They were always willing to help answer a question etc. They were so profession and kind - I hope Marriott recognizes them! Also, the doorman was exceptional. Honestly, each staff member in the restaurant, to the door, housekeeping, front desk - were all outgoing, friendly, and amazing customer service. Yes the room are maybe a fraction of smaller side but not really and honestly you will be out of your room most of the time - its Georgetown! The only advice I would offer - is we were next to the elevators and the walls are fine we had no idea anyone was in the hotel and super quiet. However, through the door we could hear every loud person who decided to just sit and chat on their phones near elevator but other than that - all exceptional!!

As a fellow hotel worker, I love exploring new hotels with fun themes. Like most tribute portfolios this was absolutely amazing. The courtyard/ lobby is comfortable and inviting. The room was a bit on the small side but not an issue.
