Classyc Hotel

We came from Switzerland and spent several weeks traveling across Vietnam. For our final days, we had the chance to stay at this hotel… and it was an absolutely exceptional experience! The comfort, the cleanliness, the ambience – everything was perfect. But what truly made the difference was Nicole and her team. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail left us speechless. We’ve never experienced service like this anywhere else. A huge thank you to Nicole and her entire team for such a warm and memorable stay. Thanks to you, we ended our trip on the best possible note. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in abroad so far and I have been on many trips. This is an absolute 5 star worthy hotel that provide an exceptional level of service and the value for money is excellent. The rooms are very clean, nicely and tastefully decorated and fully equipped. This hotel is located in the Old Quarter neighborhood in Hanoi and from here many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel will be happy to inform you about this. By the way, also a great swimming pool with bar on the roof :) Look no further but stay here, it really is a fantastic hotel and you will not regret it!

Love this hotel! Right when we arrived, the staff opened the hotel doors with warm greetings and a welcome drink and snacks for my family. Harry helped me by booking transportation to ha long bay with ease. Breakfast was included and delicious and the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The service was top notch. Even as we departed, they helped us with our luggage and walked us to our car and gave us a farewell ornament. I highly recommend staying here. My whole family enjoyed it from beginning to end.
