Clayton Hotel Bristol City

Hotel is in a good central location, perfect for exploring. The room was fantastic. Very comfortable and clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good selection of both hot and fresh options. A little tip - if parking in the nearby NCP car parks the hotel offers a discount - Ask about it at the reception desk. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return!

Stayed here at the end of July for a trip to see Moulin Rouge. The staff were very helpful and friendly and even gave a tip about going to the theatre. The room was a fantastic size for 3 adults. We ended up extending our stay and treating ourselves to an executive room that came with a mini fridge which was handy during the summer. The beds were a good size and comfy. The breakfast on the 2nd morning was very good with plenty of gluten free options. We could leave our bags which was handy too. We'll definitely try and stay here next time we come to Bristol!

Lovely hotel. All staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. We were allocated an accessible room for our weeks stay (I do hope no one who really needed it missed out.) The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room. The cleaning service was a bit erratic though. One day it wasn't made up we had to go to reception to tell them. They rectified this and it was made up later in the afternoon. The next day we were left a note under our door telling us they weren't making the room up and left a bag on the door withe spare toilet rolls and tea/coffee etc. The floor also didn't look like it had been vacuumed for about 3 days. Breakfast was nice and there were enough vegan options for the week to keep it varied. Overall a pleasant stay.
