Cleanliness is often the deciding factor for me when choosing a hotel, and I’m happy to say this 4-star property exceeded expectations. The room was pristine upon arrival, with perfectly made beds, clean carpets, and no dust or odors. The bathroom was spotless—freshly cleaned surfaces, dry and shining fixtures, and a full set of toiletries. Housekeeping came by daily and consistently maintained the same high standard. They never missed a detail and were always polite and considerate. What stood out to me was how well-kept everything remained, even on longer stays. Given the price point, the level of care and cleanliness was excellent. I felt very comfortable and well looked after.
I have been staying at the Clayton Hotel for over 15 years and the service keeps improving., nothing short of exceptional. Every member of staff I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable and memorable. The check-in process was seamless, and the team always go out their way when they can and always with a smile. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, stylish, and welcoming, but it’s the people that truly set it apart. Whether it was the attentive restaurant staff, the helpful concierge, or the housekeeping team, the level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. It’s rare to come across such consistently high standards of hospitality. Clayton Hotel Chiswick exceeds expectations in every way, a true credit to the brand, and a place we will return to without hesitation.
The rooms were tidy and spacious, overall clean, at night you could listen in on other guests talking in their rooms and hear the doors being slammed. The reception staff on our arrival evening shift were less than helpful and almost rude. Welcoming friendliness and kindness were entirely missing.
