Great location and ample parking. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. My hotel room was extremely spacious and it was clean. I had breakfast included in my stay and there were plenty of options to choose from both hot and cold. I had dinner during my stay in the bar area also and the food and service was really good. Would have no problem recommending this hotel or staying here again.
Of the two airport hotels, this is the more modern & luxurious option. We got upgraded to a premier room (thank you :), which was clean and well furnished. We also opted for the breakfast, which was an absolutely fantastic buffet full of all kinds of hot and cold options. The staff is also lovely! Thank you for a great stay!
This hotel is a joke: * you pay a lot for the airport proximity, but the so called every 15 min frequency of the shuttle bus service, does not hold when the second driver has not called in sick. The evening prior to our flight, we went to check in our luggages at the airport and waited for more than 30 minutes for the bus shuttle, before calling the hotel reception. They sent the driver who argumented that every hour he gets a break and that we could have easily walked instead of waiting. * Upon arrival the room smelled of cannabis of a previous customer. Moreover the smoke detector was tampered with (picture attached), and was not noticed by the cleaning team. The management team acknowledged the smell and moved us to an identical room. * Upon discussing this issues with the manager, he acknowledged them and gave us a voucher for a cocktail in the bar. Once in the bar, we were told by the bartender that we can only get a beer with that voucher, since they were too busy. * The manager assured us that the shuttle bus would be waiting for us in the morning at the specific time agreed. Upon checkout, it turned out that the shuttle had just left, since it was full. In conclusion, this felt like a rip off, given the poor service in contrast to the high prices.
