Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf City Centre

Despite the reviews, this is a great hotel. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, as is the hotel and spa area. The only negative point is the lack of air conditioning on 4 of the 8 floors, but a fan was provided and it did the job.

Great Stay at Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf We were very satisfied with our stay at the Clayton Hotel. The welcome was friendly, and although we chose to use the self check-in stations in the entrance area, the process worked perfectly and was super convenient. The room was actually bigger than expected, which was a nice surprise! Everything was clean and well-prepared. The only downside was the shower curtain — unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean and had some mold along the edge. The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you’re planning a weekend around Asian cuisine. You’re right in the middle of some of the best Asian restaurants in the city! All in all, thank you for the nice stay — we would definitely come again!

Overall, everything was very good. I only have two things that I think could be improved. I think there was a light missing in the middle of the room. Even with all the lights on, I found it very dark in the middle of the room. I also booked the spa, but because there were a lot of families there who didn't really pay attention to their children, the pool wasn't very relaxing. The children were always very loud and didn't pay any attention to others in the water. Otherwise, it was incredibly nice, and I was happy to be at the hotel. The entire staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful.
