My stay was fantastic. I almost felt like I'd stepped back in time to an era where customer service actually mattered to people again. The team couldn't have been more helpful, the room was clean, comfy and spacious, and the breakfast (the highlight for me) was fantastic! Would highly recommend.
I spent 8 nights during my trip in London and it's a total five-star experience! I'm a light sleeper and manager Derick and Martyna helped me to find the best room that suits me the best. I caught a bad cold during my stay, all the staff here are really kind and helpful. I got useful health advice from Elena. She's such a loving and kind person and she makes me feel the warmth that fill my heart. The breakfast here is really good. And the facilities are clean and modern. It's a few minutes away from two underground sites. If you're looking for a quiet and warm accommodation, this is definitely it!
The hotel was very good overall. The room was large, clean, and included all the facilities expected of a five-star hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. In particular, the lady in the bar—I believe her name was Ellen—was extremely friendly and helpful. I also appreciated finding a welcome letter in the room along with vouchers for two complimentary drinks. Everything else about my stay was excellent. However, there was one major issue that significantly affected my experience: the room was extremely hot because the air conditioning was not working properly. I complained about this twice. While staff did respond and attempted to fix it, nothing improved. As a result, I wasn’t able to sleep comfortably during those very hot summer days. I was told that they couldn’t transfer me to another room because all rooms of the same level were fully occupied. In my view, they should have offered an upgrade in this situation, since the problem was beyond my control. Instead, the only solution offered was to bring a fan to the room. Apart from this issue, everything else was great. But unfortunately, this problem prevented me from rating the hotel as five stars.
