Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre

We travelled 9 & 10 August for a football match and stayed at Clayton Hotel Manchester Piccadilly as a family with two kids and had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us and so quiet (a rarity these days!). Breakfast was a real treat, the kids loved the fresh pastries and fruit, while we enjoyed the hot dishes and full fry up!. The variety was fantastic and everything was fresh and tasty. Nikita and all the other staff were so welcoming and helpful, making our stay feel easy and relaxed. This hotel is centrally located and a great choice for families visiting Manchester!

Great location. Rooms are decent, with a few minor issues, in our room, at least. But the star of the show is the staff and specifically Nikita and Joanna. They have been so, so helpful in getting us everything we needed, especially with such a large group of 77 people. Thank you, Nikita and Joanna. We appreciate you!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a heart of Manchester close to the train station, round a corner from trams and busses. Gorgeous lobby area, well equipped rooms with comfy beds. Everyone was very polite, especially ukrainian girl at the reception Oksana. She was helpful, patient and kind. We also bonded with Irish girl Fiona - enthusiastic, funny, great customer skills and very beautiful. The hotel is lucky to have such great employees. We now definitely want to come back and stay at your hotel again 😊
